hello friends i think i ve got a similar problem hope i will get some ideas my sister is recently married to my broyher in law in may 2006 he had gone there in 2003 thrh. dv lottery i think he has got green card but not citizenship wats d way by which my sister can go there through my brother in law we had applied thrice to get non immigrant visa all rejected they r saying to apply 4 immigrant visa once he hets citizenship c is nurse by profession? we r tired of trying how long do u think will it take for her to go there through her husband? n which method? again c is applying as c has got i-20 for nursing course so can u pls guide? wat is the papropriate method? hope ur suggestions will be helpful
