No doubt Sebsonline is also good but do you really believe on the website that ranked such websites...First of all the website that ranked (nepalnet.net--if you are talking about this site)..they have not been updated since Nov 2004. Therefore, I wouldn't draw my conclusion saying that website XYZ is the best site (at least based on that site's remarks... ---------------
