Of course the Training provided by Infosys is Top Knotch. Job is excellent with all the benefits and what not. They say that its just like extension of college except that they will make you work like hell for the first 6 months, work in a sense is learn, they have rigorous training and testing during that. You get to choose what your field is and they pay you top $$ even when you are gettin trained. I havn't heard that from any US companies. Thats the reason Infosys has the highest employee retention ratio, the people from infosys stay in Infosys even after they come to US the system is so good.
