Starting Range is about 40K... and if u already have siebel experience it goes higer but if ur just training in then when u stat's it's around 40k with benifits... bianual review goes with that too.. so there's a good chance if ur good at what u do u'll get a raise... no for training right out of college or people with some it background works... no siebel experience needed... that's why they have a training center... the training period pay is about 14/hour... which if/when hired turns out to be about... 20/22/hour.. . To be honest in ND 40K especially right outta college is more than u can ask for.. microsoft/great plains which is based outta fargo pays around the same range for starting/entry positions.... since the cost of living is really cheap it's a pretty good deal...
