You must have Saved the file this way: Save as Filename : Filename.jpg Save as Type: 24-Bit bitmap This is the reason your file is to big. Do this insted: Save as: filename: "Name of your file" Save as Type: *.Jpg, *.JPEG........ Remember to change the file type. This will reduce your file size. you don't need the screen dump again, just open the file you have saved and say save as and name the file something else. That should help.....
