zingkira, Sorry to hear that you live in solitude. There are many things to consider on why you do not have Nepali friends. First of all look at your friendship making skills may be you need to refine it. Being a Nepali does not make you a friend of another Nepali - automatically. You need to work towards it. I have very good Nepali friends but I had to work towards it. No Nepalis are not selfish (in general) but most of them are careful on who they invite to make friends. The Nepali population in US has grown a lot so people are more selective of making new friends. You should start from a Nepali organization if your state has one. Participate in that organization and you will make lots of friends. If your state does not have Nepali organization may be you can start one. :-) Good luck.
