I can see where the thread is moving..Whatever be the direction, what was the point of mentioning that she earns 95k/annum? Could she have asked the same question without saying the amount she earns? Definitely, yes. It is perfectly fine, however, to ask for suggestions out here. She did seem to sound pompous in some sense though. On the other side, 95k isn't a big deal guys. Even those with Bachelor degrees earn around that sum with bonus if you look at those working in the financial world. I know a girl who recently graduated from my school who is earning 100 k with bonus.She is working for one of the financial firms in CT.
