Why only fulbright??You would see the same trend in most of the scholarships provided in Nepal.One could always argue that they are on merit basis but how can there be a competition between Kathmandu educated/trained students and some Dolpa kid who gets his books six months after the session has started. The main problem in every sector in Nepal is TOO MUCH CENTRALISATION.
