I am sure there are lots of people who would want to help, but then what would be the first steps we or they can take? I mean those people who just live a normal life? A good discussion isn't really going to do anything to those we are talking about! It seems like most people do wanna help but then we don't really know what we have to do or just give up in the long process. It really isn't easy to make a difference.
