alright ron, I am not drinking or smoking any crack here... I am just trying to say that although Dual Citizenship have been recognized everywhere, the concept is really confusing in the context of Nepal. They already have a problem giving citizenship to madhesi samudaya then how can they just give citizenship to NRN(Non Reliable Nepalese), So i have already given the solution for that ie.Permanent Resident Status. The person who have citizenship from some other country, apply for PR status and enjoy every single advantage of it. Don't freak.... becoz it freaks me out
