Since this topic on so called "racism" is hot now days allow me to make few observations: Most of the so called racist threads start by targeting bahuns and if not, then somewhere down the line it mysteriously pops up. But the fact remains that bahuns are at the receiving end most of the time. Not that bahuns don't retaliate with equally vicious attack, but the poor fellas just don't know who the hell to target specifically. Is that Newar? Is that Magar? Is that some Bhote? Oh damm it maybe its those Dalits? If nothing else then it must be our San dai. But in all these racist threads there is an underlying truth: A lot of anger against bahuns exist in general whether you like it or not. So to all of my fellow bahuns, the question for you folks is do you want San to delete threads targeted against you and therefore close your eyes and pretend everything is honky-dory or do you want to open your mind up a little and try to understand why you are despised so much? These so called racist threads are nothing compare to the kind of discrimination that is prevalent in Nepalese society and Swetaa if this is your Nepal than you should be ashamed of yourself. And on the top of this dysfunctional hierarchy are the bahuns so if you all want to cry wolf you folks need to start by making an apology to rest of the people you have discriminated for centuries and continue to do so. Then maybe people will call a truce.
