i think Dual nationality is the realistitc and natural option.In today's global village, national boundaries are getting blurred. Having a citizenship of a country simply makes working/living/doing business with that country easier. If Nepal governement allows dual citizenship, it will be a win-win situation. Nepal will benefit from the resources of the NRN and the NRN will find it easier to retain a relationship, business or otherwise, with the country.
I think it is already late. Every developed countries enjoy dual citizenship. India, Bangladesh and Pakistan have also started giving the dual citizenships.
