Yes, 'When you are in Rome, do as the Romans do'....this is an age old saying, so if 'cow killers' like bathroomcoffee can't live without killing cows in nepal, then they should not stay in Nepal. They should go to Arabia or middle east asap, as it is the 'cow killer's paradise' out there. If they are a hindu, then 'cow killing' is not permissible in hinduism. So, getting 'circumcised' will give them release from the religious rules banning 'cow killing'. And 'cow' is regarded as food by many communities in this world, i know that. But not by the 'hindus', who are in the majority here. Everything is food somewhere in this world, including lizards, mice, cat, dog, grasshoppers, leech or anyhing that moves. This doesn't mean that such practices can be imposed upon certain communities againt the sentiments of the majority of its members.
