But no, I think there is bad and it has distinct characteristics. I think the most prominent one is ego. As long as people have ego, they cannot listen to what others are saying. With ego or self-centeredness, one will only be focused on himself and his close surroundings. And will not be able to see things from other's(someone very different from oneself) point of view. It is important for one to make distinction bewteen good and bad to walk on the path of goodness. If there is confusion between good and bad, then, how will one know if he's doing something wrong?
