khaobaadi - well, i guess you're kind of right but even though it might not be personal or that might not be the correct term, but he's still asking about a certain group of people (nepali girls living aboard) therefore it looks like he's asking about just them. It's almost like being narrow minded about them going back or not going back to nepal to get married!!
