Enough is Enough.. If it was fully iNDIAN TRAVEL AGENT OR SOME OTHERs, then you wouldn't have brought it up here even. I also agree that just becuase of few instances the whole blame can not go to the agent alone. Yes mistakes do happen....Look at what happened with merger between AOL and Time Warner...HP and Compaq....But you still buy products from them.. Don't you still buy phone cards from Indian Websites? Eventhough you hate Indians...Even though they do not respond to you good. If you loos minutes you do not shout at those Indian Sites but you do shout at Nepali who is trying to help. This is typical of us Nepalese people, and I think we should learn how to move ahead instaed of bashing someone else here. If you have such a huge problem with someone then you should directly deal with the associated agent/person and try to resolve. Same thing happened with Pushkar Shah also. I agree many mistakes that was made by him also but instead of dealing with him directly all the frustrations were expressed at Sajha which didn't help at all but made worse. Do you have guts to shout at Big companies who screw up? Such as AT&T? Why do they have customer service? Big companies are not supposed to have problems, but yet have to deal with several angry customers... Its late here ..I think you get the point...
