Prakash Ji, Thanks for letting us know the fact. After reading all these thread anyone can tell you were right and you were not receiving the customer's service that you should have received. Basically we like to do business with nepali travel agent. Withen last 4 years I bought 5 tickets to go to nepal (From different agent) and thanks god I never had any problem. This might be just the isolated incident but neverthless , after knowing this story I wont recomend anyone to kali travels. Thanks
