dyamn too many typos... grammer all messed up.. am i high or what .... )O: 1. yes. even if one is paid hourly, it is possible to sponsor provided that the position is permanent. 2. you cannot not count experience with the same employer. there is a way around it i.e. changing job title and using the experience attained. 3. same as #2. you cannot use the future degree earned or the training as the requirement for the position you are working. But if you change the title and modify"job description" and "job requirement" you can get away with that. But you have to have attained the degree or certificate before being hired/(actually working) in that "new position" ======================================================= as always what do i know (O:
