I think H1 visa is the easiest visa. They will just ask which company you work for and what do you do there. One sentence answer for each is fine then you wait for the visa stamp. That's it. There is a part in the visa application where it asks how long do you intend to stay in the US, I answered undecided. You also have choice to immigrate to US if you want.
