Hi Sidster, I know a friend (from Nepal - nonretrogressed) who was filed in EB2 and got: PERM approved in 1 week I-140 approved in one month EAD/AP in 2 months AOS in 5 months I-140/EAD/AP/AOS were filed in parallel. So it took her just a little more than 5 months. Of course, the advertising process for PERM took a little more than 2 months. So all together about 8 months. Kattie
