Back in 1991, I heard this song "Bholi ko pani yaad gara ...yo mato lai pyar gara" by Narayan Gopal. Maybe rahulvai & others know/heard of this. The guy who played that song told me it was recorded in "28/29 saal" and he considered it an "pro environmental" song.
