If you have allergies this time of the year, then it must be ragweed. If you are patient enough, it will go away at the end of November..... if not take some stupid cold medicine that treates most of your symptoms, you can find it anywhere in the drug store.
If that doesn't work, try Claratin clear (look for non-drowsy) so that you don't fall asleep. If you can get hold of Nasonex to spray on your nose, it is also really help ful.
