Given a chance to be leader of Nepal to drive it to a prosperarity, how do you plan to put yourself in the driving seat, given transparency in your activities, and gurantee that you can be punished ifyou intentionally do something wrong. Do you have any plans of such arrangement that being head of state you still can face questions? (Had it been Girija, I would have asked about Dhamija and Tanakpur Kandas). What guarante can you give that, if you misuse the power, you will be punished?
