Question to Prachanda?

There was a program earlier today on BBC Nepali where few people got an opportunity to ask a question to Prachanda. People seems to worry and wanted to know when we will have peace in our country and the same time everybody was concerned about all the sufferings of the people in daily life which just don't seem to end. But Prachanda seems to make a point that what he is doing right for the future of our country and he is fighting against the real enemy of our country and they are not the actual enemies that the people may think they are. I also emailed to BBC to ask my question, which I've mentioned below. I just wonder what you would have asked? What are your concerns? What do you think is right and what is wrong? What should have been done and what may be is happening at the moment? What is the future of our people and country? My question was: - I know very little Nepali politics, and as one common Nepali citizen, what I know Maoist best is for intimidation, forced unionization, extortion and killings. Maoists have been continuing excesses despite their commitment not to do so. If you as a Maoist have done right things before and doing right things now by doing what you are doing, how can we understand this so-called cease-fire and peace process and your vision to future of Nepal while the law and order situation is deteriorating day-by-day? What you trying to achieve, is it for your own satisfaction or for Maoists only or for all of us common Nepalese people? We, all Nepali citizens want only one thing, which is ‘PEACE’. Why don’t you fight with the enemies of our country, those who are against the peace and make them suffer but not your own common people instead?
