Finally you reply.:D And may I ask you how I am out of track? Just answering some people's posting. Truth is weird. What people believe in -- is the truth for them. I just see it as plain discrimination that you would advice women to work under low profile. As you have not been in the woman's shoe you would not know how she is keeping up with the "challenge of managing both her social and corporate responsibilities." And a man has just decided that the social responsibility lies in the woman's shoulders!! And keep my 2 cents to myself?? I would rather choose to bid it on something purposeful!
