Hi Guys Please provide me an advice: I am going to apply for H1 via university system, so I dont fall under the cap. My question is if I change the job after my H1 through the university to the non-university emplyoer, then how would my H1 will transfer? Do I have to apply as a new H1 procedure under the cap or it will be easier than that? Currently I am in OPT working for University. Thanks
