Custard 1. Measure 25g (two tablespoons) of custard powder in a bowl. 2. Add 1/4 cup milk from 500 ml milk to make a smooth paste. 3. Boil the remaining milk with three heaped talbespoons of sugar. 4. Remove from heat, add the paste and cook again for two to three minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Let it cool & your delicious custard is ready.
