I heard of CONCURRENTLY FILE FOR i-485/765/140 ONCE UR LC IS APPROVED. But is it possible NOW with EB3? I do have masters degree but in IT and my lawyer told me that we can not file in EB2 even though I have masters degree because its in IT field. So, I am wondering whether cuncurrent filing of i-485/765/140 is possible with EB3 because there is backlog in EB3 processing and the priority date EB3 is 01MAR02. I started my labor in Mar 06. Regarding your question bond_oo7, high level EB3 is the normal process of green card unless you have high qualification/experience, you can file in EB2. However there is backlog in EB3 green card processing and priority date is 01MAR02. And if you change your job during green card process before you apply for I485 then you have to repeat whole process again. Once you apply I485, everything is yours and you can switch the job but your new employer should sponsor your further green card process.
