I_think_so, Excellent idea.. interesting venue, unusual and impromptu but romantic proposal. But you forgot to mention the ring which contains the diamond. Just like in the movies.. But these things are not necessary in the culture that I was brought up. If you genuinely love and trust each other then there is no need to do all this I think, just some flowers, a ring and a nice restaurant should be sufficient for normal people like me.
