You would not have responded like this if you had properly read Prof. Abhi's article: Abhi has already admitted that it's not his right to get visa issued for him, but it's definitely his previledge to have one. That's why Moriartry was forced to regret on this visa denial case.
And, remember that the Prof was not crying over his visa denial, but was just wondering what's the reason behind denial: "Indifference", of course. This is bitter truth for many cases including Abhi (I have seen many craps getting issuance and many distinguished students and others the denial), which Moriatry was forced to defend saying it was "anything", not the "Indifference".
Good thing is that this case may force US vissa issuing authorities to think before saying "try again".
