King cannot pull of another coup. That is a fact. He had the trust and opportunity from Nepalese people when he did so earlier. And he failed miserably. So at this point in time, with people being more aware of the King's capabilities or ineptness, and his bad relationship with India and international community, there is no way that they will allow him to take over or even if he does he won't last long. So disarming or not disarming NA is useless to even discuss about. On the other hand, Maoists know that without arms they are nothing. They have only a limited number of supporters. Once they give up arms, they cannot compete with political leaders. So they are the main obstacle here. Once they give up arms and join mainstream politics, then we will see peace and will know if Maoists hold any grounds.
