To be frank, I feel honoured that the Ambassador of USA should reply as he sees fit, to the article by Prof. Subedi. He has even admitted his staff got it wrong. Has any Nepalese person in his sor of position admitted to mistakes on his part. It is a lesson for us all. Indeed, the visa system probably is not fair but I admired Mr. Moriarty for his admission.
