Hey man, As far as I know he couldnot have taken any classes being an international student if he was transfered to another school. Transfering to another school means that student no longer has a current file in the previous school, so if his file is not current he could not have taken the classes. Tell that to the international advisor and if I was him I would take all the class grades I had taken during that time of so called out of status and show that to the internationa ladvisor and ask him/her a question if I have been a full time student in your school how could I have been out of status? One slight problem is if he ordered the transfer certificate or clearance from the previous school then why did he not leave the school and if he wanted to attend the same school again why did he not see the advisor to update the advisors? This could cause a problem but compare to the school's screwup it should be minor.
