Xena, hahahaha....you cracked me up hahaha....it's 9:20, my place was quiet, suddenly went berzerk by my laugh.... well, don't think i am defending this guy over here. if he is guilty, he should/must be punished... as someone pointed out, cases pertaining to sex are bit tricky at times...needless to reiterate that girls always HAVE upperhand no matter what...if i make the most romantic love with my wife (assumption hai, i am single hehe), and she wakes up tomorrow morning crying and yelling at me that she was not ready for sex last night, she can file a case against me and i could well be convicted as a RAPIST and put behind bars... again, i am not defending that guy...he might have used the american chick as she might have been unconscious due to drink...but Xena, do you know FOR SURE what exactly happened that night? who knows? so just wait and see rather than accusing him blindly and keeping a wishful thinking that his balls should be crushed. it could well be better off to seal the vagina of that lady, if what she is claiming is WRONG.
