mokshya bro, yeah that was my bad...i had menka on mind, but fingers went for urbashi...hehe :P US has a strange law, have to admit...if a guy gets laid with a girl with full consent of both partners and if tomorrow, she goes to the cop and file a complaint against that guy saying that she was raped...a case WILL be filed against the guy for sure...now how would one know, what actually happened? i know Mr. nepal could well be the culprit in this case, but you never know...that's why i said, both sides should be fairly heard...
