Xena, don't be so cruel on guys...."sex" is a strange phenomenon. even hermits and people who abstain from marriage and intercourse are caught up by enticing situations... maharishi bishwamitra was comitted to achieve the ultimate revival hence went for "tapasya" for years...urbashi came into the picture and distracted him....we are talking about the one of the stongest emotions of human beings --"sexual". so the thing is, if the american chick had enticed him and urged him for intercourse, then the dude might have succumbed under attraction and desire for sex. so we should not rule out this chance. i know it was his bad to have gone for a lady who was drunk...and who might be a minor in age. in any case, both sides should be heard...i hope the case is decided in the most just way possible.
