In the real context and reality of Nepal, There will be NO other solution or idea... Unless ... We fix truely democratic constitution, law, order, rule, regulation and justice systems before anything else. Fix the BIG DIRTY LOOP HOLES. In constitution, Capital punishment must be implement for 1st degree criminals, national crimes and corruption. No way out. Straight kill criminals and corrupted people. No need human rights.
