I do have a valid F1-visa r u sure about this? beacuse i dont want to waste $300 just to re-apply for one. as far i have heard people with a different I-20 do go to the embassy to re-apply for one. As it is almost 100% sure that they get the visa, its the $$$ part that I am hesitating about.
