I was planning to transfer my collge for this fall, and I will going to Nepal this December. Since I will have a new I-20, is it true that I have to re-apply for a visa before I depart from Kathmandu. Is it mandatory to do so? Any information regarding this will he highly appreciated? thanx in advance
