If Abhi sir is not eligible for visa, then who is eligible? Above thinking itself is wrong. Abhi doesn't have the rights that guarantees his visa approval. He can apply for the USA visa (Hongkong clearly advised that nepalese cannot for HK visa anymore), but why is he mad that it was rejected. Everybody knows, if you apply US visa, it's up to them whether to give you visa or not. You went to apply the visa, got rejected.. then comes back home and write an article denouncing USA's hegemony?
