sajhauser, lets get to ur numbers. 25% of those full scholorships from various DISTRICTS... how many really deserved it based on their need. U know and i know it was NEED BASED. hoina ta... i can gurantee that out of those 25 full scholorships only 4 or 5 genuinly deserved it. rest had homes in KTM. they used to go to their home in KTM hoina ra.. hajur le pani dheknu bha thiyo maile pani dhekeko thiye... Is there any doubt? BUT I REALLY DO NOT CARE WHO GOT IT. only reason i brought it up to point your confinement of view.
