As long as you keep your mouth shut , there is no way INS is going to do background research on you!they have better things to do like watch BUSH speach.hehehehe 2.If you are using your real SSN to work , then there might be slight chance,if you are one of the unluckiest first possible victim ,there are chances .Conclusion almost to nothing!!! 3.If you plan to present the employement autorization to the same employer, then for now u better tell u employer that they should not publish in daily herald that u are working for them illiegally.As long as they also keep their mouth shut .you should be fine.
