IMI It is not necessary that every dream should or would come true however anyone who later achieved something began by first dreaming about it. There is nothing to lose by dreaming (even if those dreams did not materialize) however there is everying to lose by NOT dreaming. If it is possible to raise an army from a scratch (like the Maoists did) then it is well within the realms of possibilty to dismantle Nepal Army after all the Maos can fill up that gap left vacant by the dissolution of Nepal Army anyway. 10 years ago it was a dream for Prachanda to have a far reaching Maoist army from one end of Nepal to the other. Now it is a reality. If this can became a reality, dissolution of Nepal Army is a dream which can also become a reality.
