That army captain should be definately punished !!! but remember these kinds of incidents are due to insanity of few officer. Going that route and calling whole institution bad doesn't make sense there are good captains and there are bad .Even in US these incidents occur. Some mao supporter are coming here and again channting what their papa prachada told them. how discipline is maoist themselves????They do not even listen to their commander .When commander says we will followe code of conduct but thier cadres still loot and display their weapons and intimidate ordinary people.Beat and kill innocent.
