Actually ThapaP is right!!! No body gives a damn which school you went !!!If you didn't graduate from top10-20 colleges basically all are same.All UCs or Cal State are same. Even if you go to top 10 college ,it just helps you to land in first job after that you are on your own.No university tags helps you.A guy from 4th tier univesity is equal to 1st tier univ. at work if they are working in the same team at same level and capacity.
