***Do not Do This****** Hello Seta......... I had the same problem three years back. I had the VISA in the old one, and the passport was expired. I made a new passport, and the problem was the visa was in the expired one. So i simple took an advice of my best friend at Kathmandu, and tore out the VISA Sticker from the old passport and glued in the new one. Problem solved. I was rejected entry in the Nepal airport, had to go back to the embassy and they too rejected my visa. Now i am here in Denmark with my Sunita, though i am a US citizen right now.
