I was in the same situation as you Sheetalb. When you go to the US Emb to get a new visa, they will stamp it in your new passport, BUT you will need to take the old passport too since the old visa is there. The US guy will stamp "invalid" on ur old visa. SO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR OLD VISA/PASSPORT. Good Luck!!
