I was completely unaware about what's going on in KU. So going through all these threads made me aware to the gravity of the issue. Thanks guys. Well, I dont know who at present is capable of succeeding the VC. I thought he was very influential in expanding KU when I was student there. I definately believe Dr. Kafle is not good enough for this post. Dr. Bhadra man is good adminstrator but he lacks vision. If there is no more expanding to do and all that is needed is to just maintain the university, Dr. Bhadra man is the perfect choice. He lives by rule. But I believe there is much more to do before KU can call itself established University. So Dr. Tuladhar is not good choice either. Well Dr. Pushpa Raj Adhikari barks from outside but he is hollow inside, so like Dr. Tuladhar, he isn't the perfect choice. I dont know the new people there, as it's been long since I was last associated with KU. The bottom line of my point is that if there are no person capable for the post (among the present big guns) then new ones should be hired. We respect the legacy of the people who were there to build the University, but legacy alone isn't enough now. I only wish and hope this circus ends as soon as possible and there is a sustainable solution.
