They may be master of rhetorics, yes, agreed. But I think they are merely one-eyed king among the blinds, as far as oratory skills are concerned. For example, how many times did we hear Comrade Prachanda speak out "Yo ekkaisau satabdi ma" in his first public press conference? And how many times did he speak out "Jatiya, bargiya , bhaugolik, ra laingik adhikar"? He might as well have added Samajik, Rajnitik, Byawasayik, Aarthik, Kanuni, Batabaraniya, Swasthya etc. Whenever he runs out of ideas, he just blurts out these words to give an impression that he is a smooth orator whereas in essense, he is using redundant words in high-pitched voice. So, if Com Prachanda's speech is anything to go by, the Maoist Leaders are nothing but one-eyed King among the blinds. About use of Nepali words: They use (or try to use) exact Nepali words by translating them from English. e.g. REactionary: pratikriyabadi; regressive: pratigaman; progressive: agragaman. The key is just translate and see how it works. Words like e-mail would necessitate them to invent a completely new Nepali word as biddhutyiya patra. Why not just stick to email?
