Yes thats the minimun. But beleive me you wont regret that you spent 25$. It's like "ek ek paisa chukta huncha". you wont even loose a cent. You can buy that 25$ card and keep that you years but it wont drop a munute. When you want to recharge it will let you know IF your balance is is going to be zero. IF you dont like you can cancel (I havent seen anyone cancelling this card though, beleive me!) Or you can just keep on using it, it will auto recharge. You dont have to go through all those process to buy it again, NO hassle! The main reason people want to buy smaller amount is because people are afraid those card will expire and drop minutes (been there done that). But when you have a card like www.tel3call.com that will never expire and not drop a single minute, then its not a problem for me. I am so glad I tried this card.
